Collaborative Coaching is a coaching and goal setting program designed to work with individual families by meeting them where they are in their lives and planning for their future. Each family will work with a coach to assess their strengths and needs working together to develop a plan for achieving goals. Support and incentives will also be provided, depending on the goals of each individual family.
