Town of Castle Rock Taxi Voucher Program
The Town of Castle Rock funds the Taxi Voucher Program which provides rides for Town of Castle Rock residents that begin and end in Town limits. Transportation services are limited to work, medical/dental, grocery and pharmacy related trips. This service is equipped to provide services for residents in wheelchairs.
Rides are only for Town of Castle Rock residents. All rides must begin and end within the Town of Castle Rock. Rides are only available for work, medical appointments and grocery shopping. 16 & 17 Year olds may be eligible for rides to work. Trips available on some holidays

Cost to Ride:
The passenger will be required to pay the first $2 of the taxi fare. The Town will pay up to $8 of the remaining taxi fare. If the total fare for a trip is over $10, the rider must pay the difference before leaving the taxi. If for any reason you do not pay the fare amount due over $10, your privilege to use the service will be suspended until the fare is paid
Hours of Service:
M-F 7am-3pm. Rides are also available on Thursday from 7:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.

Minimum 1 business day. No same day trips (except urgent medical trips)
